The Upper Bulger Ditch Company
We are a privately owned corporation organized in 1919 for the purpose of delivering irrigation water to member landowners in the Baker Valley, Oregon. The corporation is managed by a five-person board of directors who are elected on an annual basis. The board members are landowners in the irrigation area, commensurate with Oregon Statutes.
